Mr. Francis Kint graduated as a civil engineer from Ghent University, completed the PUB Program at Vlerick Business School, and earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. His career began in consulting at Accenture. He then worked throughout his entire career in both the Consumer Products industry (for Sara Lee in France and Fiskars) and the Agro Food industry. At Chiquita, Francis held the position of Vice-President for Northern and Eastern Europe, after which he continued his career at UNIVEG (now the Greenyard Fresh Segment). Here, he assumed various roles, including Managing Director for Germany, and Head of the Fruit & Vegetables division. In 2013, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). From 2015, he undertook CEO roles at the Vion Food Group in the Netherlands (2015-2018) and later at Ter Beke (now What’s Cooking?) (2018-2021).

In June 2021, he returned to Greenyard to lead the Frozen Division as Managing Director. In December 2023, he was appointed CEO of Greenyard, effective January 1, 2024.

Mr. Charles-Henri Deprez has been Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Greenyard since September 2025. After obtaining a master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, he began his career as Project Manager and later as Commercial Director at Expofrut Argentina. In 2015, he joined Greenyard as Financial Director of Bakker Barendrecht, a Greenyard company based in the Netherlands.

He subsequently became Managing Director of Greenyard’s Long Fresh segment in 2018, and after two years, took on the role of Managing Director of the Fresh division.

In 2025, he was appointed Group CFO. He also reflects his passion for the fruit and vegetable industry in his professional life by serving as a board member of several industry-related organizations.
