On 23 February, the first edition of the "Rural Equality Awards" took place. These awards are funded by the food journalist Francisco Seva Rivadulla.

As the coordinator of the awards explained: "This initiative recognizes the fundamental and important work, directly or indirectly, of rural women in the Spanish food sector. Therefore, we praise women who out of their roles and responsibilities, undoubtedly enrich and improve the Spanish food industry.”

Maria Fernanda Campa, Head of Quality Department at Greenyard Fresh Spain since 20 years ago, received this award in recognition of her extensive work experience in the food industry since its inception in the working life.
