History
1960
The Swiss company Scana Holding transfers the production of food preserves and ready-to-eat meals to Belgium.

1964
Farmers in North Limburg decide to process their harvests in Bree. The establishment of a processing factory marks the start of Noord-Oost Limburgse Konserven (Noliko).

1980
The joint history under the Scana-Noliko name starts in 1980.

1989
Restructuring of Scana and Noliko. Transfer of all product lines to the renovated company complex in Bree.

1992
Foundation of Noliko Limited to strengthen our service for British customers.

1996
Integration of Rena Konserven in Bree. Expansion of the product range with the addition of leaf vegetables and preserved fruit in glass jars.

1997
Establishment of B.N.D. Internationale Telersvereniging cvba, the first growers' association for industrial vegetables in Belgium.

2000
To improve the level of professionalism of shareholdership, the company bids farewell to its family-based organisational structure.

2005-2008
Further expansion of production capacity and storage space, investments in state-of-the-art environmental care systems.

2010
Acquisition of the Bonduelle production unit in Rijkevorsel, specialized in fruit processing (fruit compotes, cherries, …), gherkins and silver skinned onions.

2015
Noliko becomes part of the Greenyard group.

2016
Noliko acquires the Dutch company Lutèce, world leader in preserved mushrooms.

2017
Noliko changes its name to Greenyard Prepared.

2021
Greenyard disinvests the Greenyard Prepared Netherlands business (former Lutèce).
