Boil and squash the pumpkin or sweet potato.
Add the pumpkin puree to the compote (mashed apple or mashed bananas), the vanilla sugar, then the oil, and finally the melted chocolate.
Finally add the dry ingredients: flour/ baking powder /almond powder
Pour into an 18-20 cm cake pan and bake at 180°C for 25 – 30 minutes
Let it cool and serve !
