Pumpkin chocolate cake
Ingredients (for 4 people)
200 g pastry chocolate
200 g cooked pumpkin, squash or sweet potato
1 sachet vanilla sugar
150 g mashed applesauce or banana
50 g almond or hazelnut powder
50 g of flour
2 teaspoon vegetable oil (for example, coconut, sunflower or hazelnut)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation method

Boil and squash the pumpkin or sweet potato.

Add the pumpkin puree to the compote (mashed apple or mashed bananas), the vanilla sugar, then the oil, and finally the melted chocolate.

Finally add the dry ingredients: flour/ baking powder /almond powder

Pour into an 18-20 cm cake pan and bake at 180°C for 25 – 30 minutes

Let it cool and serve !
