Mushrooms Bourguignon
Zutaten (für 4 Personen)
- 200 g onion
- 15 g garlic
- 200 g shredded carrots
- 1 kg 1st choice mushrooms
- 250 ml red wine
- 4 tbs tomato puree
- 2 ts oregano
- 50 cl vegetable broth
- 1 ts thyme IQF
- 2 ts rosemary IQF
- 1 ts basil IQF
- 1 tbs corn flower
- Salt, pepper
- 3 tbs olive oil


  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions until they are nice and translucent

    Then add the garlic, mushrooms and carrots and simmer until thawed,

    Add the tomato paste and bring to a boil again

    Now add the red wine and vegetable stock.

    Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water with all the spices and add it to the stew.

    Let it simmer very slowly until you get a nice thickened sauce. The slower, the better, this allows the flavours will come into its own.

    Serve with baby potatoes.
