Nacho bowl
Ingredients (for 4 people)
400 g (vegan) minced meat
100 g Red onion
15 g Garlic iqf
100 g Paprika tricolore cube
20 g Chili pepper iqf
200 g Tomato cube 10x10
50 g Kidney beans
50 g Black olives
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp Paprika powder (smoked)
1 tsp cumin
25 g coriander iqf
Olive oil
Pepper and salt
150 g Corn super sweet
200 g (vegan) cheddar

Preparation method

Fry the minced meat in olive oil until it falls apart, then add the onions and garlic and continue cooking until they are translucent.
Fry the paprika tricolore and stew for 4', season with paprika, cumin and the tomato puree. Let it simmer until you have a thick sauce.
Season well with salt, pepper and coriander.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix the coriander, corn, olives and kidney beans in a small bowl.
Place a layer of tortilla chips in a baking dish and spoon the mincemeat mixture on top.
Finish with the mixture of corn, olives and kidney beans and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Repeat again and bake for 15' in the oven.
Serve with sour cream.
